Penne Fruit salad 🥗
Guess what? This recipe was actually inspired by a Korean restaurant that my family and I love the most.
One of main reasons why we love them is because they are very generous with their side dishes (or ban chan). They are unlimited refillable!!
We love all their side dishes (blanched spinach, bean sprout, braised lotus roots, caramelised sweet potato and more!) especially their penne fruit salad! 😋
I believe it is not an authentic Korean side dish but it was really delicious 🤤 However it was made with egg mayonnaise, I can’t enjoy it ever since I became a vegan.
So what? 😎 Veganised it lah! And here I am present to you this veganised version of my favourite side dish - it’s vegan but taste nothing less than the non vegan one!
Most importantly, no chick 🐣 is harmed!
