🔥Sour, spicy and really hearty Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew), one of the most popular Korean food that is loved by many including myself 🤤
However, when I found out that kimchi jjigae is made with anchovies based stock and pork, I can no longer enjoy any kimchi jjigae in Korean restaurants anymore 😔
