💡The tricks to prevent your noodle from sticking to your pan 🥢 1. Cook over high heat and be quick. Be fast and toss the ingredients constantly 🔥
2. Use enough oil! Stir fried noodles are supposed to be a little bit oily so.... yup, use more oil if needed! Of course you can use water and non stick pan but it won’t taste as authentic. You know, the Chinese people like that 锅气 wok hei (flavour of flame and wok) 🔥
3. Drain and rinse your noodles! Cook the noodles in a separate pot then rinse the noodles with cold running water to stop it from overcooked and to get rid of the starch! This step will give your noodles better texture and make it less likely to stick to your pan 🍜
4. Add a little bit of water to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the pan and get burned. But not to much, or else your stir fried noodles will become too saucy 💦
