Korean Egg Rolls (Gyeran-mari) made VEGAN!π±π£π
This is so cool I have to post it here. I used to make the non vegan version of this and when they turned out pretty I would be so proud of myself! It's quite tricky to roll the egg up nicely to create those layers π
My Korean teacher told me to cut the vegetables really finely and pan fry the egg mixture over low heat so that the layers of the egg rolls will be thin and smoothπ
Now I am trying to apply these techniques to the vegan version. And OMG this is so cool - I made it! π₯π Without hurting animals! π³β
Modified the vegan egg mix and they taste much better, with unami and a subtle eggy flavour. So proud of myself π₯Ί
