Improved version of my vegan Yong Tau Foo!
One of my most viewed video in YouTube was the yong tau foo recipe (it's reaching 1K!)After receiving some feedbacks I have decided to work on it again.
This version has better texture and flavour, the filling holds together pretty well (even when I boil it) and I have also veganised the anchovy-based clear soup to make this dish even more satisfying and authentic.
