Second attempt to make curry mee π

To make the soup base, simply saute 1/3 cup of my vegan sambal (recipe on YouTube) and 2 tbsp curry powder until fragrant. Add 1/3 cup of santan/coconut milk and 1 cup of water. Lastly, season with 1/2 tbsp of vegetarian oyster sauce then bring to simmering. Ta-da, Chinese style curry mee is done!
Serve with mihun, eggplant, sprouts, ladyfinger and tofu puff as well as some extra sambal because why not? πΆπ₯
My sambal recipe can make quite a big batch. Don't worry, it's definitely worth the effort because sambal can be used in many recipes such as sambal fried rice, sambal stir fried petai, and you can even use it in curry mee now. Go check out the recipe here: youtu.be/pcOlW_Hn4hY
