Bento 便当 Lunch box 🍱
Recently I have become a big fans of this YouTube channel called Imamu which this lady made really pretty and wholesome bento for her husband and posted vlogs on "a week of husband bento" to show people how she prepares the bento 🤩
Her channel isn't vegan but I watch it to be inspired by her creativity and passion. So here's my first attempt to make a simple one with fewer elements and condiments 🤭: seasoned rice balls, buttered sweet corn, tamagoyaki with some fresh lettuce and cherry tomato. I also made a miso soup.
That tamagoyaki (egg roll) is made with plant based ingredients. To my surprise my sister actually thought it tastes pretty eggy and delicious 😋. I will share the recipe with you soon.
