Traditionally consists of anchovies based broth and egg noodles.
Homemade pan mee is the best in my opinion. Our parents love making pan mee for us. I have been wanting to veganise this recipe for so long but I awas afraid that I might not be able to get the right taste 😱
After so long, I finally did it. Handmade noodles served in flavorful clear soup, soy sauce mushrooms and crispy fried tempeh - the BEST vegan pan mee I have never had! 😋
I tasted it and was really happy with the taste because it tasted almost exactly the same like how my parents made it! Then I carefully asked my sister to tried it. With little expectation, she tasted it and was surprised by how good it is! 🤩
