Pesto Pizza with Homemade Mozzarella Cheese 🍕🥰 [SAVE THIS POST!]

I cut down the size the recipe because it's only for my sister and I. Here's the measurement I used:

[Pizza dough]
1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp yeast
3/4 tsp sugar
2 pinch of salt

[Mozzarella cheese]
1/8 cup raw cashew
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
*skipped the agar-agar because I am using the cheese immediately
