Ingredients (Yield 10 8cm tarts)
Tart crust:
80g vegan butter, I used Nuttelex
40g powdered sugar
20g plant-based milk
140g sifted all-purpose flour
Almond cream:
60g vegan butter, I used Nuttelex
8g corn starch + 1 tbsp plant-based milk
60g powdered sugar
60g almond meal
Fruits for decoration:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Sunflower seed sprouts
150g Whipped cream
