Acai berries smoothie ❤
Acai are known for being a nutrient dense superfood. Packed full of chromium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. It also has extremely high antioxidant levels, making it great for our skin and helping our body to fight free radicals.
Just add 1-2 tsp to your daily smoothie to boost your health. Here's how I use it: blend 2 medium-sized frozen banana, 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries, sugar-free pea milk and add 2 tsp of @organicule 's Acai powder. Feel free to add your favourite protein powder (I love @organicule 's hemp protein) to add more nutrients!
