Made with ginseng, lion's mane mushrooms, jujube and kelp stock 🍲
Vegan, of course 🥦 This is my first attempt to veganise this dish and it turned out not bad but I think there are things I can do better. Probably will switch the lion's mane mushrooms with something else and add the short grain rice at the end so my tang (soup) won't become so starchy like a porridge HAHAHA!
