#RawChefYin makes Raw Shroom Sliders!

Have always wanted to made this so finally got down to doing it last week. This was the main course for the private dining experience on Friday. Happy that my guest said I could pretty much experiment with whatever I wanted.

This has
- Almond, Buckwheat and Cucumber Slider "Buns"
- Spinach & Red Onion topping
- Caramelized Onions
- Jagung Salsa
- BBQ Sauce
- Ranch Dressing (I totally loved this. I usually hate ranch dressing because it makes me feel so sick so I'm so happy there's a raw vegan version that tastes amazing)
- Marinated mushrooms
