When I saw it was labelled "raw", I immediately ordered this as an appetiser. Although rice paper is technically not raw, many raw food chefs used it in their dishes. I enjoyed it a lot. Felt like refreshing like the KL air I'm breathing right now after the rain.
I tried the sauce with one of the bites and then decided it tasted way better unadulterated by the sweet sauce. All natural, real food, whole food. My body was delighted! 😃😀☺
