Let's make and eat Ice Kream. No dairy or eggs required :)
This one has - bananas - cashews - homemade vanilla extract - cardamom - cinnamon - clove - coconut flesh - Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup by @straitswholefoods.
No ice cream maker required, just let the Ice Kream thaw for about 10 minutes before scooping out.
My student Maria Rita from Portugal and Mr Jazz Guitarist got to enjoy this! They both liked it.
It turned out nice but still had a strong banana taste. I will try this again with a much milder tasting banana. It just occurred to me that the bananas in the US or Europe hardly has any taste which is why it's perfect for making raw vegan ice cream. However the local bananas in Malaysia have a really strong banana taste which I love but is not so suitable for Ice Kream.
