Going raw vegan doesn't mean you have to give up on yummy food. Take for example this Raw Vegan "Calamari" Rings.
King Oyster Mushrooms are used to create the calamari texture and is marinated in lacto-fermented juice for a flavoursome taste. Instead of breadcrumbs which usually has white flour, I used ground flaxseeds (good for healthy fats, protein, vitamins, minerals) as well as lovely herbs to make it taste as awesome as the deep fried version but without all the nasty after-effects.
The tomato sauce was made from my lacto-fermented tomatoes plus shallots and garlic.
