What I'm eating for dinner tonight! Was measuring out the right proportions for the Easy Kimchi recipe that I'd be teaching on 26 August at Masak-Masak and since it was soooo yummy, I decided to have it for a meal after I added on some bean sprouts, Thai basil and Indian borage which I bought from the Kepong Baru market this morning.
Everything was so refreshing and crunchy. Makes me want to just buy veggies every morning from the market instead of doing my produce shopping once a week... I mean I remember as a kid, my neighbour used to head out to the wet market daily to buy her fresh produce. Nowadays we just rely on on fridge. Hmmmm... what do you think?
