FREE RECIPE Kale, Wakame & Radish Salad (Korean-inspired)
Salad ✴ 1/4 cup dried wakame ✴ Half a white radish ✴ Small bunch of kale.
Dressing ✳1 Tablespoon Organic Soy Sauce ✳1 Tablespoon healthy liquid sweetener ✳1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar ✳3 cloves garlic, minced ✳1 teaspoon Korean chilli flakes ✳½ Tablespoon sesame oil
Garnish ✴Black sesame seeds ✴White sesame seeds
Method: ✴Add Dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk till well combined. ✴Hydrate wakame by soaking in ¾ cup water for 10 minutes. ✴Squeeze out excess liquid. ✴Cut radish into matchstick pieces. ✴Chop kale finely. ✴Add kale, radish and wakame into bowl with dressing and massage well, using hands. ✴Garnish with sesame seeds.
