Kale, Wakame & Radish Salad (Korean-inspired)
Salad 💚1/4 cup dried wakame 💚Half a white radish 💚Small bunch of kale.
Dressing ✳1 Tablespoon Organic Soy Sauce ✳1 Tablespoon healthy liquid sweetener. I used the Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar from Straits Wholefoods. ✳1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar ✳3 cloves garlic, minced ✳1 teaspoon Korean chilli flakes ✳½ Tablespoon sesame oil
Garnish ✴Black sesame seeds ✴White sesame seeds
Method: ✅Add Dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk till well combined. ✅Hydrate wakame by soaking in ¾ cup water for 10 minutes. ✅Squeeze out excess liquid. ✅Cut radish into matchstick pieces. ✅Chop kale finely. ✅Add kale, radish and wakame into bowl with dressing and massage well, using hands. ✅Garnish with sesame seeds.
