A full set of step-by-step handouts will be provided so that you can go back and make the tempeh at home too.
As this is a plant-based workshop with no animal products used, it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well as anyone who is interested in clean eating and a healthy lifestyle.
[About Raw Chef Yin] Raw Chef Yin has trained at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, the world's first classically structured raw and plant-based culinary school. She has also attended raw food classes in Bali conducted by executive raw food chefs Made Runatha and Sayuri as well as Chief Goddess & YouTube sensation Fully Raw Kristina. Armed with some of the most innovative techniques on raw food preparation, she has conducted raw food demos & workshops across Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya & Penang. She is the host of Malaysia's very first raw vegan cooking show, VELICIOUS with Raw Chef Yin. Raw Chef Yin is possibly the one and only Malaysian who holds a Raw Food Teacher Certification from Karen Knowler International.
