Today I put on my chef's jacket and showed participants at my raw vegan Indonesian food class how to make yummy dishes.
None of these 8 people who signed up for my raw vegan class today are vegetarian or vegan, but some did tell me they are definitely more open to considering eating vegetables instead of meat after learning how creative raw vegan food prep can be. Am grateful for this opportunity to help open others to the possibility of a plant-based lifestyle!
