I woke up thinking hey, let's have pancakes for breakfast so I made some. Sharing with you what I did:
INGREDIENTS 💚For pancakes: 4 medium-sized bananas, roughly chopped ½ cup buckwheat flour from @bobsredmill ¼ cup ground chia seeds 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup water ⅛ teaspoon spirulina powder from @organiculesuperfoods
🍫Toppings: Coconut flakes from @bobsredmill Cacao nibs from @bigtreefarmsbali & @diet.angel Dragon fruit balls Mango cubes Chocolate sauce - see previous post on Hot Cross Buns
METHOD 1️⃣Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 2️⃣Pour into pancake shapes on non-stick dehydrator sheet. If preferred, use ring mould to ensure the pancake circles are consistent. 3️⃣Dehydrate at 45 degrees Celsius for 3 hours. Flip and dehydrate for 1 hour. Note: dehydration times will differ depending on your room temperature and humidity 4️⃣Stack on to plate and top with all the wonderful toppings
Served in my bamboo plate, knife and fork which is eco-friendly, zero-waste and sustainable.
