TEMPEH MAKING WORKSHOP by Raw Chef Yin

Join Raw Chef Yin at this workshop to learn how to make your very own protein-rich tempeh which is an excellent meat-replacement.
In this class, you will:
1. Learn how to make tempeh from scratch
2. Discover 3 different ways of removing the skins from the beans
3. Simple marinade recipe which is delicious
4. Receive a full set of step-by-step handouts
5. Understand the benefits of tempeh
6. Learn how to identify the leaves to make beautiful tempeh
7. How to fold the leaves so you can get beautifully formed lines on your tempeh
You can use the same technique to make tempeh from all sorts of beans including mung beans, adzuki beans, black beans, chickpeas and not just soy beans.
