FREE RECIPE: Cucumber Raita (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin
INGREDIENTS 1 Cup coconut yoghurt -- see my column "Raw With Chef Yin" on @purelyb for the recipe 1/4 cup grated cucumber 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves 1/2 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon black salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds Sprinkling of chilli powder 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
METHOD Mix all ingredients till well-combined. Garnish with coriander leaves and chilli powder. Chill in fridge before serving.
