Steel cut oats Risotto by #RawChefYin.
Whipped up a quick lunch with whatever I had in my kitchen today.
Since I had a bag of @bobsredmill steel cut oats, I figured it'd be good as a base for my lunch and then I could add it my raw vegan toppings. I used my Thermomix which cooked the oats in just nine minutes.
