Raw Vegan Cheesecake that actually tastes like cheesecake!
I made a huge batch of cultured cashew cheese so decided I should really use it to make a cheesecake. It turned out fantastic! Way better than the usual frozen raw vegan cheesecakes that we're so used to. This has the taste and texture of a traditional cheesecake.
The caramel sauce was made using @gulamelts coconut nectar, coconut milk and a bit of tahini. Doesn't it look dreamy?
