Smoothie Bowl Recipe by Raw Chef Yin.
Here's something I whipped up in the morning. It's pretty simple, you just need to remember to freeze the bananas before hand.
INGREDIENTS 💚4 frozen bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces 💚1 guava roughly chopped 💚1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder from @organiculesuperfoods 💚Pomegranate seeds 💚Chia seeds 💚Hemp hearts from @organiculesuperfoods 💚Raw cacao nibs from @bigtreefarmsbali
METHOD 1️⃣Add frozen bananas, guava and spirulina into high-speed blender and process till smooth and creamy. I used my Thermomix for this. @thermomixmalaysia 2️⃣Top with pomegranate, chia seeds, hemp hearts and cacao nibs. 3️⃣Serve and enjoy!
