Carrot Ginger Hemp Soup by #RawChefYin.
This one is a work-in-progress. I haven't gotten all the flavours and proportions right yet. Plus I should really juice the carrots but I hate washing my juicer so I just blended everything in my Nutribullet. Perhaps not the right shortcut to take but I didn't want to do the dishes. I wish I had a dishwasher!😌
INGREDIENTS: ✔️Carrot ✔️Hemp hearts from @organiculesuperfoods ✔️Juice of 1 calamansi lime -- this most probably needed more ✔️1-inch ginger ✔️1 avocado - ok, this is wayyy to much avocado. Heh. But I love avocado. ✔️Himalayan pink salt ✔️Red chilli flakes ✔️Black pepper ✔️1 golden kiwi fruit - I thought it would add some nice sweetness as well as acidity but hmmm... ✔️Pomegranate ✔️Ketumpang Air/Shiny bush ✔️Water
It was pretty intense so I ate it with my quinoa and also sprinkled some Rawmesan (I teach how to make this at my raw vegan cheese workshops) and it came together quite well!🥑
