Chocolate Ice Cream (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin.🍫🍦 The ice cream I made with @pacarichocolatemalaysia's raw cacao powder turned out great! 👏👏

Way back when I worked at Midvalley Gardens and wasn't vegan yet, I used to treat myself at the Gelatissimo store. They would stick chocolate bars into their gelato and so I wanted to do the same, this time with the 100% Cacao Organic Chocolate Bar (sugar free) from @pacarichocolatemalaysia.

This recipe also has hemp hearts from @organiculesuperfoods so when people ask you where do vegans get their protein, you can say from this ice cream😆😀😃

Also naturally sweetened with our very own local @gulamelts coconut nectar, sustainably harvested from the rainforests of Borneo.👍

For those who are worried they will be "missing out" if they become vegan, I guarantee you won't. I've discovered so much AMAZING FOOD ever since I turned vegan and I'm healthier and happier.😋😎😍
