INGREDIENTS: 🥕Carrots - spiralised using the finest blades 💚Blueberries - for eyes 🥒Cucumber - for nose and flowers, used a cookie cutter and my stainless steel straw to cut into the shapes 💚Red & green capsicum - cookie cutters for the red flowers 🥒Cucumber - spiralised for the ears 🥒Pomelo 🥒Grapefruit 🌱Brazilian spinach - dehydrated them, seasoned with coconut oil, pink salt and chilli flakes. Thank you Aunty Chua Eng for the veggie 🌱Beetroot microgreens from 💚White sesame seeds 💚Sunflower seeds flavoured with 5-spice powder (not in pix, was used during the tossing)
Started making it at 8.30am, only completed at 10am and there was still loads of washing up to be done. But worth it!
