Sprouted Chickpea Hummus by #RawChefYin
Since I managed to successfully sprout my chickpeas in this hot Malaysian weather, I decided to make hummus. This also gave me a chance to try out the new products from the Simply Natural range from @zenxinorganicfoodkl.
INGREDIENTS 1 cup sprouted chickpeas 1 tablespoon tahini 1 tablespoon Simply Natural organic hemp oil 2 teaspoons Simply Natural Organic Sun-Dried Goji Berry Powder Lemon juice to taste 1 teaspoon cumin Dash of smoke paprika Himalayan pink salt to taste
METHOD Place ingredients into food processor and blend till desired texture. I like mine chunky but most people prefer smooth (I think?). Season with salt accordingly.
I served mine with: - raw celery sticks - pomegranate - sweet basil microgreens from @greenpatchmalaysia - raw vegan bread
