Raw Vegan Blue Hummus by #RawChefYin.
I asked on Facebook and Instagram whether I should try making a blue hummus and you said yes so here it is!
INGREDIENTS 50 fresh butterfly pea flowers Filtered water 1 cup sprouted chickpeas 2 tablespoons tahini 1 tablespoon Simply Natural organic hemp oil 1 teaspoon cumin Lemon juice to taste Dash of smoked paprika Himalayan pink salt to taste
METHOD Soak butterfly pea flowers in filtered water till the water turns into deep blue. Blend all ingredients until desired texture. Season with lemon juice, smoked paprika and pink salt.
I served mine with my sweet potato chips which was dehydrated in my@excaliburdehydrator and topped with red amaranth microgreens from @greenpatchmalaysia.
