Had a grand time making this... It's not exactly like the actual Snickers but it tastes amazingly good. Inspired and adapted from @straitsroadkitchen #rawmadan recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
π*Almond Base* - 1 cup activated almonds - 1 1/2 tbsp Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup - 2 tbsp Simply Naturalβs Organic Hemp Protein Powder from @zenxinorganicfoodkl - 2 tbsp filtered water
π *Date Caramel* 1/2 cup dates, pitted 1 1/2 tbsp Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar 2 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil 2 tsp baobab powder from @organiculesuperfoods 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt ΒΌ cup almond flakes . π*Chocolate Layer* 3 tbsp raw ceremonial cacao from @ubudraw 1 teaspoon maca powder 1 teaspoon spirulina powder 3 tbsp Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar from @straitswholefoods 3 tbsp cacao butter from @ubudraw , melted . π*Chocolate Coating* 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 cup cacao butter, melted 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 2 tbs @gulamelts coconut nectar . π*Dusting* Simply Natural Organic Sun-Dried Goji Berry Powder from @zenxinorganicfoodkl
