Vegan Onigirazu by #RawChefYin.
I spotted a photo of the onigirazu on Pinterest and started reading up more about it today. Watched a couple of videos and decided I'd make a vegan version with what I have!
This has: 💚quinoa (this is cooked, the rest is raw) 💚sweet potato leaves 💚cherry tomatoes 💚chilli 💚coriander 💚kimchi 💚lacto-fermented cabbage & radish 💚white sesame seeds
