I served this raw vegan cheese platter at my pop-up dinner at Medifoods TTDI with Chef Tina Barrat in September 2018. π§π§π§ This had: Spirulina Blue Cheese. Apricot & Walnut Cheese. Rawmesan. Herbed Almond Crackers. Dehydrated Dragonfruit slices. Golden Raisins & Bentong Ginger Relish. Goji berries. Shiny Bush. These raw vegan cheeses have been aged for a month. ππ±
