21-DAY RAW VEGAN CHALLENGE!
Woah, I’ve had a crazy amount of traveling in 2019 with Perth, Melbourne, London, Brighton, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau and back to Singapore so I’m glad I’m staying put in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the month of October😅 (there might be possible travel plans in November!) . Since I’m back in my kitchen, I’ve decided to embark on this 21-day raw vegan challenge where I have at least one fully raw vegan meal a day. I’m using Fully Raw Kristina’s 21-day challenge as a reference and guide. Here’s what I had today! 💚💚💚 DAY 1: SWEET PINK SMOOTHIE I changed some of the ingredients based on what I could buy and also try to make it as local as possible. This one tasted great even with the substitutions
INGREDIENTS: Half of one pineapple, cubed 1 dragon fruit 2 small navel oranges 2 cups filtered water . METHOD: • Blend all ingredients in a blender. (I used my @thermomixmalaysia ) • Pour into those mason jars with a handle which used to be all over IG, and of course, use a bamboo straw😁 • Sit on the balcony and enjoy slowly! 😋 🍹🍹🍹
