FULLY RAW RAINBOW SALAD WITH CHEESE SAUCE
Today’s raw vegan meal is a rainbow salad. The original recipe is a guacamole but since I couldn’t find inexpensive avocados, I decided to just use my cheese sauce as a substitute instead. (I’ll be teaching you how to make this cheese sauce at my raw vegan cheese demo on 27 October.

I wanted to make this from vegetables - zucchini, celery, tomatoes and more, rather than nuts. It also has @organiculesuperfoods hemp hearts in them - so you’re getting your protein, yo!)
Here’s what I used for the rainbow salad: INGREDIENTS: ~ purple cabbage ~ mango ~ carrot ~ cucumber ~ daun kadok (wild pepper leaves) ~ mulberries ~ curry leaves ~ ketumpang air (shiny bush) ~ chilli flakes
I was surprised how delicious it turned out actually!
