NOURISHING SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE, a recipe by @crystal_dawn_culinary🥤
I thought I’d try out my fellow raw chef’s smoothie recipe which is dairy-free and packed full of immune boosting ingredients.
Here’s what I used. I don’t have mesquite powder on me so I omitted that. And instead of vanilla extract, I used a pandan leaf. I once attended a food review writing workshop and the chef told me that pandan and vanilla have very similar properties. I have pandan leaves growing in the garden so it made sense to use that 😁

💚Ingredients💚
2 large frozen bananas
2 dates pitted
1 tsp Maca from @organiculesuperfoods
1 tbsp hemp hearts from @organiculesuperfoods
1 pandan leaf, cut into small pieces
1/8 tsp himalayan pink salt
1.5 cups filtered water
1 tbsp cacao nibs from @organiculesuperfoods
💚Instructions💚
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve topped with @kelava.my ice cream, chocolate sauce made with @pacarichocolatemalaysia , cacao nibs from @organiculesuperfoods and chopped pecans.
