Adzuki bean tempeh by #RawChefYin.
I was watching a video on how @mauitempeh makes tempeh from adzuki beans so I thought I'd try making a batch with it as well.
Soaked the beans overnight and then cooked it for about 30 minutes, I think. Will most probably cut down on cooking time as it was already quite soft.
Very interesting flavours - I could detect mushrooms, sweetness and also a bit of wine-like taste!
