VEGAN PAD KRA PAO

INGREDIENTS Fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 red chilli, sliced 1 green chilli, , sliced @greenpatchmalaysia basil leaves Freshly ground white pepper
For the sauce 1 tbsp @clearspringuk unpasteurised miso paste 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce ½ tbsp dark soy sauce ½ tbsp Masarang Arenga Forest sugar 4 tbsp water
