RAW VEGAN BREAD BOWLS - a recipe from @sayurihealingfood in the Raw Food Essentials course at @veecoco_academy!
I’ve been making raw vegan bread for the past 4 years (if you have my award winning eBook FUN WITH ASIAN RAW FOOD, you would have my bread recipe) but it’s always nice to try out other raw chef’s recipes as well.
So I decided to make a raw vegan bread bowl meal with Sayuri’s recipe! As her recipe required olive oil, I used @olivegrov.es organic extra virgin olive oil in it. I filled the bowls with a mixture of cauliflower, mushrooms, @greenpatchmalaysia microgreens and pomegranates.
Yum yum!
