#RawChefYin visits Parklife - Contemporary London Cuisine in Bangsar South!
Since we were at Bangsar South for work, we thought we would pop by Parklife as we’ve heard really good things about them from @shahab_ym & @colleenspartanmma. 👍😉 We had the Set Lunch which was a choice of 3 vegetables, plus soup + pita bread. Every spoonful was so delicious and flavoursome. We will definitely be back! 💯 Here are the amazing veggies: 1. Roasted Potato Wedges & Sweet Potato with Garlic, Rosemary, Crush Mint, & Edamame Served with Romesco Sauce
2. Mixed Quinoa, Fennel, Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato, Sumac & Herbs
3. Chuka Wakame Soba Salad
4. Roasted Butternut Squash with Pomegranate Molasses & Rosemary Mixed Nuts
5. Roasted Eggplant with Basil, Tahini & Grilled Cherry Tomato
6. Charcoal-grilled Asparagus & Zucchini with Black Soya Bean 😋😋😋 This is not a vegetarian/vegan place but they offer 80% veggie dishes. All vegan options are marked clearly - yayyyy, thank you so much for that Parklife. It makes our life so much easier, no need to guess.
Funnily enough, I just didn’t come here earlier because I prefer Asian food but now I’m definitely converted. Can’t stop thinking of all the flavours bursting in my mouth. Must bring my mum here soon. Highly recommended.
