LAVENDER BLUEBERRY TART (raw vegan) - I tried out a recipe from the Raw Desserts Chef Certification Course by Crystal Dawn Culinary!
Her original recipe uses the classic 4” tart pans but I wanted to use my Silikomart moulds for it. I didn’t have enough coconut meat for the filling so I added some @organiculesuperfoods hemp hearts which worked great as a substitute and used @marylebonegroup coconut oil as they’ve given me loads to try.
This is a perfect, guilt-free dessert for Christmas!
