Kinda Teppanyaki by #RawChefYin
I was planning to make nut loaf, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce but he was craving for teppanyaki so I made this. I donβt have a grill so I just made it in my Thermomix.
The mushrooms and beansprouts were lightly cooked, the carrots; the cabbage, curry leaves were raw.
INGREDIENTS
2 carrots, grated
100gm enoki mushrooms
Purple cabbage, sliced
Beansprouts
Cherry tomatoes
Curry leaves

Sauce
3 tablespoons Japanese Shoyu
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 Β½ tablespoons Masarang Arenga Forest sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoons ginger grated
1/2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon umeboshi vinegar
Freshly ground white pepper
Onion powder
Mustard powder
