STICKY WHITE BUTTON MUSHROOMS - tried out a recipe by @bosh.tv

Since the Kindle version was only USD1.99, I decided to get the BOSH!: Simple Recipes * Amazing Food * All Plants cookbook.

Tried out their Sticky Shiitake Mushrooms recipe - I had white button mushrooms with me so I used that instead and added loads more raw elements to it including raw carrots, cucumbers and @greenpatchmicrogreens. And yup, I used @marylebonegroup coconut oil instead of peanut oil.
