Raw Vegan Carbonara by #RawChefYin.
Carbonara sauce recipe was adapted from Mariko Sakata's recipe, I made some tweaks.
I made Okra Bacon since I had bacon with me. And added on Ketumpang Air as they were growing freely in the pots at my condo. It's also known as Shiny Bush or Peperomia and is an excellent source of Vitamin A, iron and calcium. You can see I love my heat and I added on some bird's eye chilli as well!
