Here’s what I made for dinner tonight in Boston! I’m in the US to present a talk + demo + tasting at a private event ie the MIT Bootcamp Alumni Reunion next week!
The ingredients:
RAW ~ organic rainbow carrots ~ spring mix salad ~ cashew yoghurt ~ avocado + miso ~ grated zucchini ~ heirloom tomatoes ~ chilli flakes ~ storebought sauerkraut
COOKED vegetable curry ~ kale ~ cherry tomatoes ~ carrots ~ Heirloom tomatoes ~ cumin ~ coriander ~ turmeric ~ black pepper ~ chilli ~ garlic powder ~ cashew yoghurt ~ miso ~ pink salt
Really energising, nourishing and refreshing!
