GRAPEFRUIT SALAD by Raw Chef Yin
@thevegetableco very kindly delivered a lovely box of freshly harvested, pesticide-free greens to me so I’ve been enjoyed them daily.
The surprise vegetable box contained:
- basil
- ice plant
- coral lettuce
- arugula
- kale
- romaine
Here’s just one of the dishes I’ve made with them.
INGREDIENTS:
~ grapefruit
~ pomegranate
~ sauerkraut

~ assorted greens from @thevegetableco
DRESSING:
1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Rainbow Enzyme
1 tbsp @mu.soysauce organic soy sauce
1 tbsp @gulamelts
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp onion salt (this was inspired by my friend @crystal_dawn_culinary’s dressing and sauces free FB live class)
