I wanted to try out a carrot hummus recipe that I saw on Raw Food Recipes Facebook page. It turned out pretty nice. Massaged Kale INGREDIENTS ~ kale from @thevegetable.co delivered to my doorstep! ~ organic olive oil ~ Peppery Chanterelle salt METHOD: Massage olive oil and salt into the kale with hands till it wilts and turns into a cooked texture
CARROT HUMMUS INGREDIENTS ~ carrot ~ garlic ~ activated walnuts ~ @marylebonegroup coconut oil ~ orange juice ~ lemon juice ~ cumin ~ smoked paprika (thanks Alli!) ~ salt ~ ground black pepper, to taste ~ microgreens from The Farm Asia (go to their website or Facebook page to place an order. They delivered to my doorstep too, yayyy!) . METHOD: Process all ingredients (except for microgreens) in food processor. 🥕🥕🥕 ASSEMBLY Place carrot hummus in bowl. Add massaged kale. Top with dehydrated tomato crisps. Add on microgreens and hemp hearts from @organiculesuperfoods.
