TAMARIND SHERBET

I use lots of tamarind (fresh from the pods) for many of my recipes [check them out in my IGTV) so I was delighted that @matthewkenneycuisine @chefmikeaurigemma had a tamarind sherbet recipe.
I plated it with some lemon zest and sweet basil coz I figured the flavours would go well. It did!
